Crystalline Erythritol – Sugar-Free Sweetener with a Clean Taste

Crystalline erythritol is a granulated sugar alternative with a clean, lightly sweet flavour and a refreshing cooling sensation. It contains no sugar and provides approximately 60–70% of the sweetness of regular sugar, making it a versatile option for drinks, baking, desserts and low-sugar recipes.

How to Use:

Erythritol is less sweet than ordinary sugar. For a similar level of sweetness, use approximately 1¼–1½ cups of erythritol for every 1 cup of sugar, then adjust to taste.

• Stir into tea, coffee, smoothies and other drinks

• Use in cakes, biscuits, muffins and other baking

• Add to sauces, desserts, yoghurt or fruit

• Grind into a finer powder for icing, frostings and smoother desserts

• Combine with stevia or monk fruit when greater sweetness is required

Erythritol does not brown or retain moisture exactly like sugar, so baked products may be paler or slightly drier. It can also recrystallise after cooling and naturally creates a mild cooling sensation in the mouth.
