Suggested Quantities for 2 loaves:
1kg Flour - for best results, use any from our Organic Flour range
10g Bread Improver
10g Yeast
20g Salt
10g Oil
630-650g lukewarm water
Add all ingredients to a mixer. Mix on low for 2mins, then scrape the sides down. Mix on high for 6mins or until dough is fully developed.
Scale, prove and bake.
Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Emulsifier (481), Soya Flour, Sugar, Flour Treatment Agents (516, 300), Enzyme (Wheat).
Allergens: Wheat (Gluten), Soy.
